mrsozzy Posted May 22, 2010 Author #51 Share Posted May 22, 2010 Would I do it again..... yes definatly!! but... without kids!! It was quite hard sightseeing with 2 young children, and we missed out on a few sights we would have liked to do as we didnt' want to do long day trips with them. Saying that they were as good as gold and made some lovely friends. We met up with an Irish couple who bought both kids a little present when we left.. so sweet! ekco Posted May 22, 2010 #52 Share Posted May 22, 2010 I see your point re. the kids.:). It'll get better as they get older, then it gets worse as they become teenagers.:eek: Ooh! it's making me shudder just thinking about it. Moody, sulking, obnoxious, too old to take on holiday but not old enough to leave behind, lol. Just like Harry Enfields Kevin, the orphanage was a definfite possibility.:D:D Jan
moto9 Posted May 22, 2010 #53 Share Posted May 22, 2010 We're back!!! Sorry to have not replied earlier, been busy enjoying the sunshine!!! We all had a fantastic time! Kids loved it! Sarah Hi! Welcome back! So glad you had a good time & thank you for your positive report! I did worry for a while after reading the negative reports, but then decided to ignore the negativity! It is our first cruise & I know we will enjoy it. As someone said (Jan I think), people tend to be quicker to write when things go wrong. So really appreciate you taking the time to post your experience. Kind regards. Mo. :D
