Lambert Beach or Long Bay Beach???

Which is better? Lambert Beach or Long Bay Beach? Looking to spend the day at the beach while in Tortola. Mainly to sun and get in the water some. Any help would be appreciated!!!:)

Neither one is better then Brewer's or Smuggler's. Lambert can have a nasty undertow at times and the water off of Long Bay (assuming you mean Long Bay West. Long Bay Beef Island is beautiful but no facilities, food or drinks) is mostly rocky except at the farther west end. I will say Long Bay has nicer sand than Brewer's and Lambert.
