Jean shorts son & hubby

Hi,

1st timer, my dh and son normally wear jean shorts during the summer with themed tee ****s (nascar etc..)

is this resort wear enough?

My husband is a redneck not going to get him doing much else..

just want your thoughts on this

Absolutely no problem with jean shorts during the day, it's just at night they request you dress in long pants, not jeans.

That will be just fine during the day, but at night, they will need dress pants, dress shirts and jackets/suits and ties.

They will be fine...My dh who loves jean shorts wears his bathing suit all day with a tshirt. You only ned to dressup at night if you go to dining room. If you eat at buffet they will be fine on RCI as well as Carnival.

I think denim is too hot for the Caribbean. I usually wear light-weight shorts during the day. For casual nights, I like khaki pants with polo-type shirts or tropical shirts. I take along a few T-shirts, but a lot of the time I can wear the polo shirts and tropical shirts that I've worn to dinner earlier in the week sometime later during the day on a cruise.

 

I go all-out for formal nights and wear a tuxedo, but you'll see lots of men in suits and a few in sport jackets.
