Still thinking of things to ask but here are a few:

 

* The iced tea that's free - is it unsweetened or sweetened?

 

* Would they charge a soda fee for seltzer?

 

* If I choose to do a little laundry, do I HAVE to use their detergent? Hubby can't use most detergents so I have to bring my own if I'm going to do any.

 

* Are the pools chlorinated or salt water?

The iced tea is unsweetened.

HAL would prefer you to use their special liquid soap as it is biodegradeable for their system of getting rid of waste water.

Yes -- you have to pay for seltzer.

Haven't used the pools in years -- so have no idea.

If you must use your own detergent, use half as much as you normally would.

 

The pools are delsalinated sea water, but I don't know if they're chlorinated either. (We have a home pool and don't use them on ships.) IIRC there's a mild chlorine odor when we walk by ... not like most public pools, though.
