Alcohol prices at cruise terminal vs onboard

I don't normally purchase alcohol when I cruise. I'm more of a beer & wine drinker. But since I'm driving to Charleston in a couple of weeks and don't need to worry about getting a bottle home on a plane, I thought maybe I'd pick up a bottle of Sheridan's during the cruise.

 

Does anyone know if the prices vary from the ship (Carnival) and the terminal duty-free shop?

 

I can't imagine they're much different.

 

I just don't want to see a good price on Sheridan's onboard but decide to wait until I visit GT only to find it's more in cruise terminal; then reboard the ship and find they've sold out (which I understand has happened).
