I hear the snorkling is good there and it's not as crowded, do they have chairs and places to eat. And maybe some shade ?

No facilities (chairs, food, restrooms, etc.) at all there...it's literally the beach in front of a cemetery. You walk along the edge of the cemetery to get to the beach. The lack of facilities is probably the main reason it's a lot less crowded than most of the other areas of Seven Mile Beach... :D
