Helicopter/dog sled excursion in Juneau

We'll be cruising to Alaska in June, & want to take this tour. I would like to book it today, because I know it books up fast. I'm wandering if there is a better time of day to schedule it. We will be in Juneau for 14 hrs., making it possible to schedule the excursion any time of day. Thanks :)

What time period in June? I"ve heard that they often have issues with the tours in late May and early June due to weather since it is so early in the season. You really never know though and I would LOVE to do this tour.

Just my preference, but I book my flights for first thing, then I have a big block for other touring. But perhaps ask the operating stats- of the least canceled timeframe and go with their recommendation?
