MT- I received the same reply from Tropicana. Is their onboard credit program bogus?

I understand the terms, no reason to believe it is bogus. I just thought this to be a quick turnaround compared to the 3-5 weeks I'd seen on another thread.

6 days is a quick turnaround from what I saw too.. too bad its not an acceptance note .. that would have been better...

Like they have a secret to keep? Nah, just standard legal cover-your-ass stuff in a litigious world. Um, kinda looks like Michigan Tim didn't care to honor their silly, vacuous request. Okay by me, but I'll bet this thread gets killed pronto.

I received the same e-mail. I sent the Tropicana in knowing that I probably wouldn't get it. It's not fair. NCL knows that most people who book a cruise end up with an upgrade or some sort of promo code. They signed up with Tropicana for this promo and Tropicana should just give us the OBC just for buying their juice no matter what promo code we booked under.
