Does anyone have any information on the magazine?

Some of wifeys cruise friends asked us if we were getting it and had no clue.

It is sent out to past guest. I have not received one recently. No loss, not much in it anyway. It has been getting thinner over the last couple of years.

I know you can read it on-line but i do get mine twice a year at home.

Sometimes there is a decent article in it, but mostly its just pages of "attaboys" for Carnival. Basically a waste of trees to make it and fuel to deliver it, IMHO. Hey ! ! you can't beat the price though. :D

As far as I know, they stopped sending those out a couple years back.

I'm fairly certain they quit sending them out and it's online only at this point.

It's been a year since I saw one, even though their site indicates they still send them. I think Norwegian used to send the best ones. It's advertising and keeps their clients thinking of them so I really think it's in their best interest to send them in the mail.

According to John Heald's (Sr. Cruise Director and Brand Ambassador of Carnival) Blog the Currents magazine has stopped and has been replaced by an online news addition called Funville Times. Here is the link to the latest additions.

My fiance was wondering why he hadn't gotten any carnival junk mail in a while...now I can tell him! :)
