Juan Diego is the Concierge in the Concierge Lounge and the Diamond Event is held in one of the lounges on Deck 13.

The Diamond Event was in the Hollywood Odessy on 13 on our April cruise. It was a fun time every evening. We enjoyed it very much

We know a few concierges that don't come close to being as kind and considerate as Juan.:);)
