Crazy Question - Parasailing in Labadee

Do you need to know how to swim to parasail? I cannot swim - or what I do know is limited - but will be in Labadee in October and I'm considering this excursion, especially if I can go tandem with my husband - but not if I'll end up in the water in panic mode! :)

Thanks!

Nope! You will have a lifevest, but you shouldn't get wet (unless they "dip" you!)...some will, some won't...and you can request that they don't! You won't actually get in the water as long as everything goes according to plan! You are in the boat, and will be lifted from the boat, to soaring above...then they will "reel you in"...right back to the boat!
