Anyone Have Experience with Global Alert??

After having searched insurance carriers through both InsureMyTrip and Square Mouth, it appears that I get the most for my $$ with Global Alert as it covers "work related cancellations" in the cost (most others charge an additional $49). I was just curious if anyone else on the board has used Global Alert and if so, did you have to file a claim? If so, how did it go. I usually use Travel Ex, but in this case can save quite a bit with Global Alert. Thanks in advance for any experiences you can provide.
