Onboard Credit

Can anyone tell me how to get onboard credit from Carnival. I am sailing next week on the Liberty and have a Category 6J cabin (already paid for). I searched Carnival's website this morning for the same cruise and found the cabins being sold for $200 less than what I paid. Is there a process for requesting onboard credit directly from Carnival?

Only if you booked early saver rate can you get OBC, otherwise no.

 

If there is a category above yours that matches what you paid, you can ask for a upgrade. Is there a balcony that matches what you paid, even a guarantee?
