We attended the wine pairing dinner on our December 2009 Mercury cruise. Check our review (linked from our signature) for a description and link to a scan of the menu.

 

I think it was about $100/person, included a cocktail party in Michael's, and lots of great food and wines. It was an experience not to be missed and one of the highlights of the trip.

Anyone else know how you sign up, the odds of inclusion, and whether they do it on every Mercury cruise.

Hi,:) I sailed Mercury back in September to Alaska and they had

that dinner on my cruise too. It was also about 100 bucks and

it was wonderful:D

I don't know if they still offer this special dinner anymore or not.

My best suggestion would be to find the Restaurant Manager and/or

The Cellar Master and ask them about it.
