So do you have to pay in full for excursions purchased through Carnival as soon as you add them to your shopping cart and check out, or will it be a deposit charged to my account?

When I purchased mine the full amount was charged to my bank account.

Yes, you pay for them at the time of booking, with a credit card; it is not billed to your S&S acccount.

You will pay for the excursions in full and charged to your c.card at time of purchase.

Definitely at the time of booking ... which could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on how you look at it!:eek:

If you purchase online before you sail, it gets billed straight to your bank account/ credit card. If you buy excursions on the ship, they get added to your sign and sail account. This is the case for CCL, other lines are different. Last time we went on NCL we reserved ahead of time and they excursions were added onto our s&s account.....
