Rare crewsweeper Posted June 29, 2010 #2 Share Posted June 29, 2010 Has anyone taken it recently since the companies merged? Prices? Is it reliable? Do you recommend? Here's the latest schedule and prices...up to$20US versus $7 when I went. Fewer departure times too. Doesn't look too promising. Hope someone has tried this recently to give us a "real feel". terryde Posted June 30, 2010 Author #6 Share Posted June 30, 2010 Thanks, that tells all I need. What would be a good alternative to taking the taxi? We have been to mainland Belize a few times and now want to explore an island at our leisure and do some snorkeling, but probably not a snorkeling trip by boat. Any ideas? There are snorkeling excursion to CC that do have pax on board who just want to beach or walk around. Scroll around in these threads for info...I'm thinking Coral Breeze does one, but may be remembering wrong.

If you do not want to take a boat , you can fly from Belize City to Caye Caulker on Tropic Air...they have a flight every hour on the half hour. Now tell them the good news...$67 RT pp. plus cab fare to Municipal. And I think Maya Air also flies out of municipal, similar fares and schedules. maybe 45 minutes to CC, 20 to SanPedro? So about right Wade?
