Hi, We Sailed On The Valor In January , Eastern Carribean. Was An Awesome Experience, Did The Dolphin Swim In The Bahamas, Island Tour In St. Thomas, Would Not Do That Again, Tour Guide Was Not Very Friendly. St. Marten Went To Pineal Island And Snorkeled An Awesome Time, Lots Of Fish. The Ship Was Very Nice Music Was Awesome, Check Out Eagles Lounge Music Society. Play Just About Anything, Lido Deck Has An Awesome Band Cool Runnings. Make Sure To Reserve Lounge Chair In The Morning Though Because They Go Fast!!

Our Room Was On The First Floor We Had An Ocean View Room, Very Nice, Our Room Stewarts Name Was Octavier He Was So Good With Our Kids, Made Them Special Towel Animals So They Each Had One. Olie Was Our Waiter We Had Early Seating In Washington Dining Room, He Was Also Great, Good With The Kids, Great Food!! Paris Lounge Was Also A Fun Place To Hang Out At Night. Midnight Buffet Was Always Good! We Had Rough Seas The First 3 Days So The Slide Was Shut Down Kids Were A Little Disappointed With That. All And All Rooms Are Very Nice, Food Was Great, Shows Were Awesome You Have To See The Flashback Of The 80's Show That Is A Must See! We Will Do This Ship Again For Sure!!:)

I will write a full review soon. We did the eastern. Itin. WAS changed. First port is now St. Thomas on Weds., Nassua is on Saturday. I think it worked out better this way. I did save the Capers, I think I have them all. I will have to have Tim scan them for me. Seas were very rough, high swells, wind etc. We loved it, LOL. Heard about some sea sickness, but don't think it was too bad. Not the ships fault, can't control the weather.

Food was good, music was good, crew was incredible. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. They did a great job. Say hi to Tim in the casino (slot host). Nice kid. The wait staff was fantastic. Ruelito and Wentzel in the Lincoln dining room. Very personable and proffesional. Omar was too corny. "Heellooooooo..." If you have him you will know it.

We were on the Riveria deck, aft. Cabin 1391. We didn't hear anything unusual. We could sometimes hear the waves against the hull, but it was to be expected considering the sea conditions. On our first cruise we were on the Veranda deck. I was worried that an OV cabin on the lowest deck would be disappointing, but it was just fine. I would've rather had a balcony, but as far as being down "in steerage" I couldn't tell the diff. had we been a deck or 2 up. We probably felt less rocking down low, too.

I still haven't quite recovered from the trip, I promise more info/review/photos in the next week or so. I will say we had the best vacation yet on the Valor and we met some fantastic people. I miss them all! If any of you are reading this, Thank You for making it a memorable cruise!
