patseacruiser Posted July 11, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2010 I have a Lumix DMC-ZS3 and I want to take some photos and video and make a u-tube video or nice quality video out of it lets say. What software would you recommend that I could purchase for under $100 to accomplish this. I am not a computer geek so an amateur should be able to use it. Hope that there is something for me! Thanks!
R. Wethereyet Posted July 11, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 11, 2010 Hi Pat, It looks like you are asking about a couple of software applications: 1. Software editing 2. Video making Here are some suggestions: 1 Software editing: Picassa (free from Google), Photoshop Elements (not too expensive) Paint.net (Free) 2. Video making: If you use windows, there is an application that comes with your computer called "Windows Movie Maker

chipmaster Posted July 12, 2010 #4 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I third picasa for the most simple of editing ( contrast, color balance, etc. ), cropping. For more invloved editing photoshop elements which is below your 100 limit is good for almost everything except for the most complicated editing.
