Airport Hotel to Pier 69 and Back

Recommended Posts

We're staying at the Doubletree Hotel at the Seattle Airport. We've booked the August 11 ferry from Seattle to Victoria that leaves from Pier 69. We're on the 7:30am ferry going to Victoria and then on the 7pm ferry leaving Victoria arriving back at Pier 69 about 9:45pm. What is the best way to go from our hotel in the early am (leaving about 6:15am) and then returning to our hotel (leaving Pier 69 about 10pm)? There will be four of us. Thanks for your help.

on the clipper web site under FAQ's there is info for how to get to the pier from the airport. Light rail is the cheapest option but since you have to check in at 7am I think you might need a taxi. Light rail back ?

Are you staying at the aiport to use up points ?

Thanks for the info. We'll probably use the taxi given the early hour of the morning we're leaving. No, we're not using points. The land tour/cruise package we got from Princess uses the Doubletree Hotel at the airport for a night's stay in Seattle. We booked two additional nights there just because we didn't want to haul around the luggage from one hotel to another one.

Light rail from the Sea Tac Airport station (end of the line) to downtown takes about half an hour. We stayed at the Hilton, immediately across the street from the station. I saw your hotel but don't remember how close it is to the station. You might need a taxi for that part, either direction.
