I called Crown & Anchor a few weeks prior to our July 1st cruise and was told that the entertainment email is not active at this time but he was more then happy to give me all the info. He went out of his way to find it so it may take more then one call to get someone to give it to you. The info he gave me was exactly what entertainment we saw on the ship.

I just used it for my upcoming cruise in three weeks. Received the information with no problems.

I've used it as much as three months out but there is less likelihood of any significant changes if you make your request closer to the sailing date. For our recent Alaska cruise the information was correct but incomplete and a few headliners were added between the time I received the information and when we actually sailed. Response time has always been quite good.:)
