Prescription meds from Mexico?

According to the link that I posted previously in this thread (reference response #18), oxycodone/hydrocodone are controlled substances, and you may only purchase a one month supply while in Mexico. You are only permitted to purchase meds for yourself. You must have a valid prescription from your physician in the US and an additional prescription from a Mexican physician. You are paying outrageous fees for the use of an internet physician's referral and prescription. Assuming you obtain the medications legally with the above required written prescriptions, I doubt that you would save any money from purchasing these medications in Mexico.
