Miracle (or any Spirit class) balcony differences

I see that on the Spirit class ships (we are interested in the Miracle) there are two categories of balcony rooms - the 40 sq.ft. balcony that seems to look right out onto the water and the 60 sq.ft. "extended" balcony that is set further in on the ship, which would make me think you could not look directly down at the water from it since it is set in more. Anyone have any information on this? We want the more private one and the one that looks right out to the water, should we go for the 40 sq.ft?

I was on the Legend and was in a cabin with the extended balcony and there was the lifeboats in the way of looking straight down but the extra room was nice. If you take the other balcony I believe the 3rd deck is in the way from looking straight down but I'm not 100% sure. I was on the Miracle and had the cabin next to the wrap around and I remember seeing the deck when I looked down. But that was a CAT11 Cabin and AFT so it might be different someplace else on the ship.

Hope this helps.
