MTD question sailing 8/14

I have a strange question. My family has booked MTD on Oasis, but we do not always want to have a full three or four course meal. Although we probably won't eat full meals in the dining room every night, I really want to collect the nightly after dinner drink shot glasses. Also looking at the menus I have found posted here, there are nights that I'm not crazy about main course offerings, but there are desserts or appetizers on those days that I really would like to partake in. Has anyone ever done MTD, and gone to the main dining room just for an appetizer or a dessert, as well as the after dinner drink? Do they allow this, or do you have to sit through the whole dinner service. Even though I know most people wouldn't want to pass on the full meal experience, does anyone know if it is possible?

If you're doing MTD, you may order what you wish. If you only want dessert, tell the server! (Of course, they will question you, but they just do it because they care!) So, yes, it's quite doable!
