Best Night for Sterlings/Sabatinis?

We are doing the a Med. cruise on the Ocean Princess in October for 7 nights. I was wondering if some nights are better than others to reserve the "special" restaurants. We were also considering doing the Chef's Table too.

We have the same question, only as it pertains to the Southern Caribbean runs. We would like to try at least 2 of this on our B2B cruise. One other question, is Sabatinis available on the evening of embarkation?

Absolutely book a speciality venue if you are cruising through the straights of Messina.....

I always ask to see the dining room menus at the place where they are taking reservations. We book Sabatini's based on the weakest menu, for us.

We always go on formal night as it is casual dress so no suite or tux. We have done this twice this year.
