Labadee Cabanas

On our Freedom cruise a few weeks ago, we did not book a suite but were able to book a cabana. We are diamond members and I asked the Diamond concierge if he could put us on a waitlist for a cabana. Labadee was the 3rd day stop and on the 2nd day we were told we could get one. We were given a time to meet to be taken to the suite lounge. We were given wrist bands so that we could come and go from Barefoot beach. We rented a basic cabana ($150) and that was for a cabana for the 4 of us, 4 floats, snorkel equipment, & 3 bottles of water.

Thank you for posting this information. I have been trying to find out all I can about the cabana's.

Just off the Freedom yesterday. We were interested in the rental of a cabana on Labadee. I visisted the concierge in the lounge on Monday. There was no problem reserving one (actually we reserved two due to the number of people in our party). We were in E1, E2, and peomenade staterooms. We met the concierge when we arrived in Labadee and he escorted us to the dock where we took the limo (golf cart) to Barefoot beach. We were handed over to the Labadee concierge, given wristbands, introduced to the cabana attendant, and enjoyed a wonderful day. Float mats, snorkel gear, a cooler of water, and a great lunch (including steak and shrimp) were provided at no additional charge. Also the limo was available to take us around the island whenever we felt like leaving the cabana area. It was a wonderful experience and we would definetly book one again.

You are welcome. This is one piece of information I could not find before we left for our cruise, so I thought others would find it helpful.
