Early flight out of Houston (IAH)

I'd like to book an 11:40am flight out of Houston (IAH) the day my cruise returns to port on Jan 2nd. Can someone please tell me what time the ship gets in port and if i'll have time to catch my flight.

Do not book a flight before 1pm from late fall to early spring. Fog could delay you or a strong north wind to slow you down as your ship heads back to Galveston.

If you are flying out of HOU (Hobby), you might could make if you self roll off and hail a cab.....and the ship was on time returning

This flight is much too early. Book a flight at 1:00 PM or later.

I would not book a flight that early. I live in Houston and the traffic here is horrible even on the weekends. You need to book a later flight like the others have posted after 1:00.
