New Error msg for Book Modify

Has anyone else gotten the new error message when trying the book modify trick? It said, "Sorry, due to our new web site changes, the page you requested is no longer available"

Did they take away our only easy way to figure out when our gty room is assigned????:eek:

Just keep trying somedays it works right away other days I need to do it like 5 times and get a lot of different messages.

Really? If you try over and over sometimes it works? I've always just tried once a day.

Didn't work for me. Does it only work if you book with Carnival direct? I am booked with a local, but very large TA.

I did not book through Carnival. But I found it only worked when I clicked on "My Reservation" in the top right corner before clicking on anything else. Once you log in, shrink that page then click on the link in this thread. If I click on view details 1st, then on "My Reservation" it does not work.

I used to get errors like that all the time, until i finally turned off my internet security and firewall. If you have norton--just click on the icon and they'll be a thing come up asking how long you want to turn it off--i just click on the 5 min--that gives me plenty of time to get in there. Be sure to turn it (security) back on after you're done. It's worked everytime for me when i do that. If i don't disable the firewall etc. all I get are error messages.
