Holetown....beach or town??

I have read that you can water ski there but am confused what the name of the beach. Is it called Holetown beach or does it have another name and is it in Holetown? Also how far from where the ship docks is it ? Are there open air restaurants on the beach that my DH can watch while I attempt ot water ski. I haven't water skiied in many years but would love to try it again. I would love to have all your opinions on this. Thanks
