To my friends at Cruise Critic (especially the Regent board and the Alaska board):

 

I would like to tell you all how much I truly appreciate all of your guidance, support and good wishes these past 10 months as I prepared for our first cruise. Your insight has been invaluable! The roll call has already connected me with a few people that seem like friends I have know for a long time.

 

I will blog and post pictures and write a review in the next few weeks but my posting on the boards will become less frequent until I plan another cruise, if that is in my future. Maybe…we shall see.

 

I am preparing to sail with the knowledge and excitement only an "educated" first-timer can have…and I owe that to all of you.
