Are All Excursions Offered Online?

Does anyone know if ALL excursions are offered online? We are going on the Dream next month (western) and are trying to decide if we want to book excursions now or wait until we are on the boat.

i've checked multiple sites (http://www.shoretrips.com, etc.) and they mostly have the same excursions Carnival offers...the price aren't a lot different but I keep reading that usually the cruise ship excursions are more packed...

Not all excursions are listed or bookable on line. Some are only available for booking on board...

One that is available only onboard is the Behind the Fun tour of the ship. You have to sign up for that at the excursion desk.
