Anyone ever had problems with Avis in Skagway?

I'm curious, with rental car places being famous for giving away reservations, has anyone ever had any trouble with this happening in Skagway? I'm just thinking that with so many people hitting the office at once, will the agent hold our car as we won't get there until 9:00AM if they run out and people get pushy?? Yes, we have a reservation already.

Always confirm your reservations DIRECTLY and note who you talk to . I haven't run into any problems on my few rentals.
