Reviews of these beaches?

Apart from Accra I have been offered 2 other options for a beach break for a few hours.

They are.....

Coconut Court Beach or Dover Beach.

Any suggestions or toughts appreciated.:)

Coconut Court Beach or Dover Beach.

Coconut Court is rather quiet and might be your best choice

given that a boardwalk (1.2 kms. in length) connects Hastings Beach(that's Coconut Court) with Accra/Rockley

and so you might enjoy the stroll and take a swim up that end, before coming back to Coconut Court.

That's killing two birds with one stone, eh?

Dover Beach is quite similar to Accra.

Thanks so much Aplmac for the info and photo's.

I have been trying to find a tour that will take me around the island and to Accra but no operator seems to want to take you there.

They offered Coconut as an alternative but I think I will go with the ship's one as it goes to Dover as you say its a lot like Accra.

Check out the thread here on Scenic Island Tours. There is a suggestion for a private tour that does an Island tour as well as beach time with Accra as one of the beach options
