Pink Lady One Posted September 9, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2010 I am traveling with my mom who is in her 70's and I would like to board as soon as possible, deposit our luggage and then let her rest while I go back out to Venice for awhile. Our ship leaves port at 5:00 pm. I used other cruiselines and boarded at 11:30/12:00, but wasn't sure about RCC. Thanks!

MJDMV Posted September 12, 2010 #5 Share Posted September 12, 2010 Pink Lady, Around 10:30am. Get to Terminal 117 about 10am, then wait - you should be OK. Enjoy your cruise but remember that the Laguna boat from San Marco will be very full on the way back to the Maritime Port - 3 ships in addition to SP so leave extra time. Where do you find info about other ships in port in Venice? I'll be on the OP's sailing. I know some like NCL Gem will have relocated before the OP's cruise on November, but I think Costa will there. Who else? Do you have a website that gives the info? OP, I hope you will join the register for the meet and mingle and join the Roll Cal for the cruise. It is a quiet roll call so far, but hopefully things will pick up as everybody plans excursions and such.
AF-1 Posted September 12, 2010 #7 Share Posted September 12, 2010 I sailed Splendour out of Venice. We took water taxi to the port; arrived around ten am. We boarded within 15min of our arrival.
