Yes, the Emerald has IC. I was very excited by looking at the pictures in the link above. In reality I was not as impressed. The pastries are pretty much bite sized like you get in HC. In fact, last month I found the same pastries in IC and HC just a day apart. Those english muffin egg sandwiches are also available in HC during breakfast. Loved the IC shrimp salad though.
