Is there a way to view my Price change requests on Carnival website? I think I sent a request in July and never heard back from them. I totally forgot about it. And I didn't take a screen shot because I have no idea how to do that.

You should have received several emails from them. At least one when you sent it in and a couple of more after approval. Have you checked your documents on the Carnival site. It will show up in there somewhere if it was approved or you could just call Carnival and ask.

Nope, no way to see replys to price change requests, assuming you filled out the form.

 

You would just check your online booking, did they adjust the price you originally paid or add OBC which did you request?? I just check my booking when I dont hear back.

 

The only one I did not hear back from is the one they dissapproved (in error) .. so I had to follow up and ask again, and say I never heard back and they said oh da da da da da... and I said no, this is the price .. and they approved it and it shows now on my booking.

 

Did you book with a TA.. if so then they have to do it and no place to view you booking details.

Thanks guys. I did call and they have a record of denying a $100 request. Either I screwed up on the price or they did. Needless to say I won't be getting it. Live and learn. I just wasn't organized enough. My first time so...

Thats the time they didnt reply to me either, when they were denying the price reduction.

 

Maybe there was a problem hopefully, and it wasnt a actual price drop. I hope so for your sake, that they didnt make a mistake.

OP booked early saver rate, for which there is a form to submit if the price drops. OP apparantly forgot to follow up.

 

Any other rate you call if the price drops .. for either a price reduction before final payment or a upgrade after final payment.
