What to do between Cruise-end and flight?

Hi All....

I just got my air information today from RCCL. After my cruise, I am scheduled to depart New Orleans at 5:00 to fly home. I'm figuring we are off the boat by 10:00/10:30. What do you recommend doing during all that in-between time, keeping in mind that we will have all of our luggage (4 people)? Thank you....

There are generally ship's excursions you can take, they even tell you what excursions are suited for certain flights.

For instance, they might have a 3 hour tour, beginning at 12:00pm, and the tour information will indicate it's available for passengers whose flight departs after 5:00pm. They always allow plenty of time to get you and your bags to the airport.

It's a great way to kill some time, get a little taste of your arrival port, and not have to worry about your luggage.
