Best transportation options

We will have 6 adults (and luggage) to get from ft lauderdale beach Sheraton to the port and then from the port to the airport. Is it less expensive to get a taxi van, shuttle service or 2 taxis?

I've asked this as well... majority of answers were hold out for a van taxi.

Taxis charge the same fare, no matter if it is a car or mini-van. Even a mini-van cab would be squeezed to fit 6 passengers and luggage.:eek: My guess is that you will wind up needing 2 cabs, which should still be cheaper than a shuttle service. Good luck!:)
