Weird phone call, Change on Ressie Page

Here's the chain of events....the other day we received a phone call from someone at Carnival...no message. Called back and the person who answers the phones transferred us to someone's voicemail, and told us that this person does upgrades. So I'm thinking its the upsell "fairy". No big deal. We are in an Aft wrap Vista Suite and don't want to upgrade, but thought it would be fun to hear an offer. We left a voicemail, call back when you can, etc...Haven't heard anything.

 

This morning I log into Carnival to look at my reservation (as I do frequently just from excitement) and have noticed that under the My Cruise Details page, the "tabs" are different. They read: My Itinerary, My Activities, My Guests, My Billing. Am I losing it or didn't there use to be one for My Stateroom too?

 

It still shows my stateroom number up above, near the dining information, but the tab is gone. That with the secretive phone call has my wheels turning. We're still OK, right?

Do you have a PVP or TA? I'd call and find out. (just for peace of mind) Call the Carnival number on the website if you call Carnival.

I would call and ask about this sooner rather than later.

 

As long as you are on schedule payment wise should not have any problem.

No phone calls that I am aware of, but, our stateroom tab is also gone. It was there just a couple of days ago.

Looks the same to me as it has for weeks, but I agree that there is no stateroom tab. I think it went away when they switched to the new way of doing documents and calling them boarding apsses instead of fun passes. Nothing to worry about. They keep trying to simplify the interface becasue too many inexperienced cruisers can't find anything on it. The changes make it difficult for those who were familiar with older versions, but nothing is really changed.

My Stateroom tab was there earlier this week, now it is gone also. So, I would not worry.

Just got off the phone with Carnival-they changed the layout of the page and took away the stateroom tab. Everything is fine. Thanks for everyone's input.

carnival changed their format.. no worries, your cabin # is still there
