I have a PhD, have taught pharmacology classes, pathophysiology classes.

And I have a pony named Snowflake. Neither of which is relevant since you have been unable to:

1 - Provide information which shows that publicly provided ALCOHOL based hand sanitizer contains antibiotics.

2 - Show ANY study which shows that ALCOHOL based hand sanitizers can lead bacteria to develop a resistance to said ALCOHOL based hand sanitizer

3 - Support your claim that Alcohol based hand sanitizer can "easily cause bacteria to "morph" into resistant bacteria" . Further, please elaborate on what these bacteria "morphing" resistance to - it can't be antibiotics since they aren't present in the sanitizer, so your implication is that they are developing a resistance to the alcohol? Please cite a study which would back you claim that bacteria have developed a resistance to alcohol. There are some which are less susceptible to it, yes, but that is due to their inherent structure, not due to a develped resistance

4 - Show where the CDC states that Alcohol based sanitizer should not be used or is a risk: http://www.cdc.gov/cleanhands/

"Remember: If soap and water are not available, use alcohol-based gel (at least 60% alcohol) to clean hands."
