Free playing cards available on Princess??

Saw cards for sale in the gift shop but I always have a pack of cards in any suitcase I have no biggy. But makes sense that no more free cards with the virusus going around.

The real reason that there are no more free playing cards is that there are passingers who are pigs. They are the ones grabbing stacks of new decks. They are probably the ones selling them on ebay. They kill it for everyone else.

Yep! "They" ruin it for everyone else in so many ways!

I don't understand the bitching and moaning over not getting free playing cards or having to pay a dollar for some. If you play cards other than in the casino bring your own cards. I agree with those who believe that the reason they don't give out used cards is the possibility of spreading disease. But those who think that charging for new decks of cards is a "cut back" the amount of revenue for the ship is minimal.

If they are left to sit for 7 days at least without contact, the virus will generally die, that's what land-based casinos do.

 

The risk is that whoever used them before they were sold to you may have been sick.
