Early Saver and Senior Rate?

I'm new to this early saver booking system. We are 17 days out from our cruise and I just noticed that there is a senior rate offered for our category that is quite a bit lower than what we booked at. Do we qualify for an OBC?

I booked ES and got the obc when they put a sr rate on our cruise. I think as long as it is the same cat you can get it.

Yes, if you booked ES you can get the price drop on any rate you qualify for up to 2 business day before sailing.

 

Just send in the form. If you booked with a TA, the TA has to do it for you.

 

It must be the same cabin category.

Yes. Put in a claim. Not sure if your a senior or not, but they may approve it either way even if you aren't.
