Courtesy Hold... Is this Normal?

I put a cruise on hold yesterday. I called in today to make my deposit at the reduced amount ($375 instead of $750). However, the website still lists it as "on hold" instead of "purchased". Most other changes have shown up instantly. The remaining balance does reflect that I paid $375, however it still says that I need to pay $750 by 5:00 PM today?

It happens because the system does not recoginze the reduced deposit. I had that happen so I called and was told not to worry...

Just call them to be sure.
