Thanks to all of your advice and input I successfully transferred my booking to the highest bidder and received an additional $300 OBC!!! My total OBC for a January cruise is $500.

 

Breakdown:

 

$200 OBC from booking direct with Celebrity during a promotion in August

$300 OBC from a TA for transferring the booking (OBC based on room category and price paid)
