Checking In w/ a Diamond Member

Hi...I was reading the benefits for Crown & Anchor members. I am traveling on a reservation made by someone who is a Diamond member. On the benefits, it says that Diamond can have priority check in. I'm just a gold member (it's my second cruise). Does that mean my friend checks in at a seperate line? Or do I get to hitch a ride with her, since it is her reservation? Thanks!

No you can check in together, but to be honest most of the check in lines move at the same pace, often you can see non priority guests checking in quicker than those with the benefit.

Enjoy the priority check-in, but, as others have said, it's not much of a big deal.

It was nice to have priority check-in a few weeks ago. I asked an unrelated question and I was moved up to the front of the line. Saved me 5 minutes!!

My wife and I are Diamond and we took friends with us that are newbies and they came to the same check in line. No problem.... It didnt matter that they were in a different cabin.

Two weeks ago we checked in as GS and our kids went to the regular line. They were onboard before we were.
