I have searched all the areas I can find. Is this a new stop?

Does anyone have any info on CATALINA ISLAND, D.R.?

Any info is appreciated.

Here is some info but I think you are the wrong port of call. Go to dominican republic not dominica

Isla Catalina, DR is not new but only a few cruise lines stop here. Casa de Campo and LaSamana, DR are on more itineraries and in the same stop area. You may end up on a ship tour, if you like to see the local area. The re-created village is NOT worth a tour IMHO. It is OK if transfer there is free and you just want to walk around.
