Help! Vision partially obstructed view in Jr.Suite?

I just read that cabin 8586 JS on Vision has a partially obstructed view due to window washer "parked" there. I am assmuing that coresponding cabin 8086 also has this obstruction. Help! I am booked in 8086 next week. If this is true, there might be hope for me to change to another JS. Please advise.

We had cabin 8044 on Splendour. We didn't know it was obstructed until we set foot in the cabin. If I had known, I would have booked another cabin. It didn't spoil our first balcony, but it did hinder the view a bit.
