?? for HeinBloed re: AMSTERDAM

Recommended Posts

I have a client that will have a layover in Amsterdam (airport) from 10 pm to 10 am. He has a friend that is going to pick him up at the airport for a couple of hours of sightseeing that night, but client and his wife would like to get a hotel near the airport for about 6 hrs of sleep before continuing his flight back to the US.

Any suggestions on hotels for that purpose?

Thanks ...

There are 2 hotels just outside customs right at the airport - Sheraton and Hilton,

Inside the customs area (so your client have to been checked in or have boardingpasses for their next flights) is the Mercure Hotel.

Yotel is a budgethotel also inside the customsarea.

With airportshuttle there are morehotels.

Hope this helps.

Outside customs is the general area before pasportcontrol in the terminal where everybody can come, incl guests that donot fly but come to pickup/or say goodbye to family and friends.

Inside customs is after pasportcontrol etc., so available only for people holding boardingpasses or in transit for their next flight.
