Help! From Any Blu Guests!

I was in AQ in August on the Solstice and loved all of my time at Blu however I am stuck trying to remember a certain dish we had that I absolutely loved! It was a pasta with a cheese-y tomato sauce and chicken in it. If anyone has any idea what this is, or where I could find all of the menu selections to figure it out myself, I would appreciate it greatly! Although I am sure if I try to make it, it will not take nearly as good....next time Ill have to try to pack the chef!

I loved that entree, also! Wish that X would publish a cookbook like Royal has done. It would be great to try to make some of our favorites at home! (But the view from our kitchen is not nearly as good as the view from Blu:()

Hey CCMS--come join the roll call for the Feb 19 Eclipse sailing! My DH and I are on this sailing. We need people! That's what makes a cruise so much more fun--our roll call from our Aug 1st Solstice sailing was the best! I saw people I knew everywhere I went on the ship, as well as on excursions.
