Comment Card Emails, did you receive one??

yes I did for my July cruise my understanding is that Carnival will no longer have the paper forms on their ships. Julie G.

We cruised 10/2/10 and have not received the email that we were promised when I inquired about lack of comment cards. We were given comment cards as usual on our 5/8/10 Triumph cruise but not this last one.

We sailed on the Paradise 10/15/10 - 10/18/10, it was booked as a large(100+) group through an outside TA and we recieved our survey Sunday, 10/24. Filled it out & submitted it today. :D

I just asked John about this just now and he's fairly miffed about it.

 

You're right... no comment email... no opportunity for the free cruise.

 

I hope to hear additional soon. I'll post when I hear from John again.

Nope nothing here sailed Oct 2-7 on the Ecstasy. But I did send a letter to customer service in Miami via snail mail. The good and not so good...

That's exactly what I would do if I didn't receive the email.

Yes, received an email comment card. Sailed on Freedom in September and received the email a week or so later.

We have never got a e-mail comment card.

 

We book through a carnival pvp.

 

The only complaint I have so far with Carnival is I never recieved a e-mail comment card :mad:
