You can't bring anyone with you that is not a Carnival past guest also. You have to have an invitation to go.

I was told they are cracking down on who enters...no invite and you can't enter. Why would a spouse or significant other be invited if they aren't a past guest anyway??

Because I would not go otherwise and I have always been able to bring a guest - at least on the last 5 cruises that I have been on
